The Dyno run was performed over at Harman Motive in Torrance, CA. This is the same company that tested Inside Lines GTR (Japanese Version) back in March. You can see Inside line full review of that Dyno here:

According to the guys over at Harman Motive, Inside Lines GTR had racing fuel at the time of testing and it peaked at 406 HP to the wheels. My car was tested with good ol Chevron 91 octane without any fuel boosters and it gave us a whopping 403HP to the wheels! That's truly insane power.
